Short Pump Clinic Hiring Licensed PRN Physical Therapists

Weare seeking PRN Physical Therapists to provide outpatient orthopediccoverage when our full-time Physical Therapist is out of the office. Thisposition offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for therapists seeking supplementalincome, schedule flexibility, or occasional outpatient clinical work.

The PRN Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality, patient-centered carewhile maintaining continuity of treatment plans and supporting clinicoperations during coverage periods.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in an orthopedic and balance-focused setting
  
• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
  
• Develop and modify individualized plans of care
  
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions and therapeutic exercise programs
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies for continued recovery
  
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure excellent patient experiences and continuity of care
  
• Maintain all standards of professional practice and regulatory compliance
  
• Perform other duties consistent with the role of a Physical Therapist
  

RequiredQualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  
• Current and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapist license
  
• Ability to practice independently and efficiently in an outpatient setting
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable
  
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  

PreferredQualifications:

• One (1) or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience
  
• Experience with balance, vestibular, or sports rehabilitation populations
  
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
