The Team: This role is a part of the production team. The team works with the scheduling, materials, and operations teams to accomplish work and provides necessary components to further processing. The Role: This position will operate the PVA Machine. Part-Time or Full-Time is allowed for this position. Responsibilities & QualificationsYou will spend your time: Perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand tools and electronic tools Perform machine operations as needed Rotate to various workstations as required Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment Follow prescribed safety regulations Complete tasks as designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision Other duties as assigned We are excited about you if you have: Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions and processes Team-orientated Dependable Good eye/hand coordination Strong attention to detail Ability to work overtime with notice when necessary on weekdays and weekends Ability to read and speak English Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Must be at least 16-17 years old (for minors under 18 years of age proof of age required) Parental permission required if under 18 years of age Physical Demands: • Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials (0-10 lbs.) up to 50% of time worked • Must be able to lift up to 10-30 pounds, chest height up to 5% of time worked. • Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching and walking
