Starting Wage: 聽$20.50 - $25.00, plus 聽
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽10% shift differential for 2nd shift
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽20% shift differential for 3rd shift.
Perfect Attendance Bonus = $250.00 per month
Quarterly Production Bonus = 0% - 9% based on company performance.

Responsibilities of the Production Team: 聽聽Set up, maintain and operate equipment. 聽Inspect parts as required Verify starting material and supplies are dimensionally correct 聽an operation 聽Log all transactions into the computer 聽Deburr material 聽Prepare material for subsequent processing 聽Complete all necessary paperwork
Requirements
聽聽
路 Eligible to work in the U.S and meet ITAR Requirements.
路 Must be able to pass a general skills exam.
路 Proficient in computer work and the ability to be a self starter.
路 Previous manufacturing/production factory experience ideal but not required
路 Able to lift up to 50 pounds or greater
路 Stand sit or walk for extended periods of time, up to the entire shift
路 Be able to tolerate typical manufacturing environment, including noise, dust and/or heat
路 Able to read and write in English is a must.
