Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and helping turn vacation ideas into organized experiences. As a Virtual Travel Advisor, you will provide personalized assistance to clients as they explore destinations, compare options, and prepare for upcoming trips.

The position involves a mix of client communication, destination research, reservation assistance, and organization. You may work with travelers interested in cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family getaways, couples vacations, group experiences, tours, special celebrations, and destinations around the world.

New to the industry? That's okay. Previous travel experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and continued support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discuss upcoming trips with clients and identify their interests, preferred dates, priorities, and spending range
  • Explore destination and vacation options using approved professional resources
  • Research resorts, accommodations, cruises, tours, activities, transportation, and package options
  • Narrow down choices and present relevant recommendations for clients to consider
  • Explain available services, package inclusions, promotions, and reservation requirements
  • Help coordinate the vacation components selected by each client
  • Work with approved supplier resources to arrange and manage reservation information
  • Prepare and organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding decisions, deadlines, and required information
  • Check traveler information and reservation details for completeness
  • Assist with routine questions, updates, and booking modifications
  • Keep client profiles, preferences, communications, and arrangements organized
  • Stay informed about destination developments, supplier products, and current vacation opportunities
  • Deliver consistent service that encourages client satisfaction and long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to research information and evaluate different choices
  • Effective time-management and follow-up habits
  • Comfortable managing multiple client needs
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual setting
  • Basic proficiency with computers, email, internet research, and online applications
  • Willingness to learn reservation platforms and supplier systems
  • Dependable, motivated, and receptive to continued learning
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
