This position may work in the same position for the entire shift, and other times may be working in multiple positions throughout the shift. This position is a combination of sitting and standing.QualificationsResponsibilities & Qualifications  You will spend your time: Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment Follow prescribed safety regulations Complete tasks as designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision Perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand tools and electronic tools Sitting and standing throughout the night Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor May rotate to various workstations as required Other duties as assigned We are excited about you if you have: Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions and processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to be on your feet for a 10-hour shift Team-orientated Dependable Good eye/hand coordination Strong attention to detail Ability to work overtime with notice when necessary on weekdays and weekends Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Ability to read and speak English Must be at least 16-17 years old (for minors under 18 years of age proof of age required) Parental permission required if under 18 years of age Physical Demands: Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials (0-10 lbs.) up to 50% of time worked Must be able to lift up to 10-30 pounds, chest height up to 5% of time worked.
