Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously check/confirm processes and product to ensure accurate and quality products move to customers, other facilities, and back stock inventory.
- Inform supervisor of any issues/updates to keep a flowing work environment.
- Maintain communication between you and supervisor on the status of outgoing orders/shipments.
- Complete component cycle counts as necessary.
- Complete/confirm daily tracking of product after each shipment and end of each shift.Â
Additional Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the company’s procedures and expectations.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Be able to retain information.Â
- Be able to visually inspect products for any quality issues.
- Be able to push/pull full component carts.Â
- Must be able to operate forklift.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs.Â
- Monitor outside grounds and warehouse (moving pallets, barrels, etc to keep things organized and clean)
Specifications/Qualifications:
- Experience – Preferred warehouse experience or possess similar traits needed in a warehouse environment.
- Education – Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Responsibility – maintain daily needs and communication between you and other employees, consolidate accurate and quality components.
- Supervision received – Reports to Department Supervisor. Â
- Working conditions – Inside Building, Outside, Noise, Heat, Cold, or Atmosphere exposures
- Mental and physical demands – Standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, reaching, speaking, listening, motor coordination skills, visual clarity for quality assuranceÂ
