POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fulfillment Line Lead helps facilitate the daily operations of fulfillment lines. This role supports planning, organizing, and prioritizing workflow to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and quality while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Line Lead assists in leading team members, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Assist Team Leads in executing workflow and motivating team members to achieve production goals.
• Support in organizing and prioritizing workload across fulfillment operations to maximize efficiency and meet client demand.
• Crosstrain team members and provide support as needed to maintain flexible workforce coverage.
• Oversee line operations, ensuring timely, accurate picking, packing, labeling, staging, and preparation of product shipments while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor processes to ensure products are packaged according to specifications and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues during fulfillment and packing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Process and maintain accurate paperwork and records for the fulfillment team.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment, vehicles, and workstations are operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with organizational procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contribute to team success by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have direct reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Forklift driving experience and certification preferred.
• Willingness to learn machine operations (e.g., stand-up, long jack, pallet jacks).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements and other related safety policies and best practices.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent certification required.
  • Minimum of (1) year of experience leading teams in warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments, with strong preference for customized manufacturing solutions

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and/or ID
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, and walk and climb stairs.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items or packages (typically up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds)
  • Varying work schedules to meet client demand is sometimes required
  • Must be able to work in hot and cold climates
