Design Coordinator

WHO WE ARE
FS Builder Resources and Flooring Services are the largest privately held interior finishes company servicing the homebuilding industry for over 40yrs. We provide cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, stairs, trim, doors, and window coverings for production, semi-custom, and custom home builders.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Design Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating Design Gallery appointments with the Home Builder and Home Buyer. Initially the role will be gathering required information from the Home Builder to ensure all plans & specs are received. Then this role will make personal contact with the Home Buyer and discuss scheduling and requirements for visiting the Gallery. Then this information is put into our scheduling system. This role will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of multiple Designers within the Gallery. This position will also be responsible for operational duties as well as a backup for the main receptionist in the event of their absence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a design center or with home builders (preferred)
• Teamwork mentality
• Positive attitude
