Business Hours: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM   *Work hours may vary from regular office hours and may occasionally include weekends or overtime
Salary Range: $20-$25/hr

Position Summary:  
QA Technical Services Analyst is responsible for data entry and other activities related to labeling, nutritional and associated regulatory quality/food safety/R&D functions and QA support at a HQ level.
Key Responsibilities:  
Labeling and Nutrition
- Create and update of labels and nutrition for new and existing products using Weber/Legi and Genesis software platforms, in working with SEI
- Audit of various labels for accuracy according to company SOP's
- Maintain updates to labeling platforms based on regulatory changes
- Support R&D/Production and QA processes with associated online platforms
- Support plants with labeling updates around raw material substitutions and validation of new/updated labels
Compliance
- Support the preparation of reports for plant KPI platforms
- Document control and compliance of various company programs
- Support of in-plant operational and quality assurance documentation systems
- Support of internal, customer, regulatory and GFSI auditing as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 
Required
- Experience with web-based data warehousing systems
- MS office and ERP proficiency
- Actively listens and communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms, adapting to the audience as needed
- Excellent at relationship building and interpersonal effectiveness
- Time management and task prioritization skills
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change and learn quickly
- Handle sensitive company, financial, or personnel information responsibly
- Takes initiative, seeks improvement, and adapts to challenges
- Ability to work onsite (remote work is not an option)
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time the employment begins and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred
- Associate degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
- Prior QA experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Food safety certificate or knowledge
- Spanish proficiency
Work Environment and Workplace:
- Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment, including office, laboratory, kitchen, and warehouse settings.
- The role may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, regular exposure to conditions such as hot and cold temperatures, humidity, and confined spaces depending on job duties.
- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
- The work environments may include exposure to food ingredients and cleaning agents 
Physical Requirement:
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the employee must be able to:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout the workday, as needed
- Use hands and fingers to input data, mouse, and standard office equipment
- Attain, twist/bend, and constantly positions self to maintain files and office supplies in cabinets
- Communicate effectively using speech, written language, hearing, and visual observation in person, by phone, and via virtual platforms
- Maintain visual acuity for reading documents, computer screens, and written materials, including close and distance vision
- Lift, transport, maneuver office materials, or equipment weighing up to approximately 25 pounds
- Ability to move between workstations, meeting rooms, or office areas as needed
