The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel skills, a solid understanding of financial statement relationships, and a passion for continuous learning. This role requires a proactive individual with a natural curiosity to understand the business, analyze the operational and commercial drivers impacting cash flow, and identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and forecast accuracy.
The Treasury & Cash Management Analyst will work closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and business stakeholders to improve visibility into cash movements, support working capital management, and ensure accurate reporting of intercompany transactions. In addition, this role will support the preparation and analysis of cash flow reporting, including a strong understanding of the construction of the Statement of Cash Flows for statutory reporting purposes. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted business partner while actively seeking opportunities to enhance treasury operations, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bank Management
•    Manage relationships with Hoya's banking partners.
•    Administer banking responsibilities, including ownership and maintenance of banking-related SOPs and user access controls.
•    Maintain account access and viewing rights and ensure timely updates as personnel changes occur.
•    Ensure master data integrity related to banking terms, roles, account structures, and security tokens.
•    Maintain documentation and mapping of banking structures and account purposes across the organization.
•    Monitor data integrations and banking file transmissions to ensure security, completeness, and functionality.
•    Support bank account management activities, including account openings, closures, and signatory updates.
Internal Reporting & Treasury Management
•    Monitor and report daily cash positions and liquidity metrics to internal stakeholders.
•    Manage cash commitments and funding requirements to ensure adequate liquidity across the organization.
•    Develop treasury reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into cash balances, trends, and forecasts.
•    Evaluate treasury processes, tools, and banking services to improve efficiency, security, and control.
•    Support compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Cash Forecasting & Liquidity Planning
•    Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash forecasts.
•    Partner with FP&A, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Operations, and Accounting teams to improve forecast accuracy and visibility into future cash flows.
•    Analyze forecast-to-actual variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
•    Develop and refine forecasting methodologies, models, and assumptions to improve reliability and responsiveness to changing business conditions.
•    Assess business drivers impacting cash generation, working capital, and liquidity.
•    Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
•    Prepare management reporting and actionable insights related to cash flow performance and forecast accuracy.
•    Utilize advanced Excel modeling and analytical tools to streamline forecasting and reporting processes.
Cash Flow Reporting
•    Support the preparation, analysis, and reporting of cash flow information for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
•    Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the relationships between the income statement, balance sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows.
•    Partner with Accounting during month-end and year-end close processes to explain cash flow movements and support statutory reporting requirements.
•    Assist with the preparation and review of cash flow statements and supporting schedules.
•    Analyze working capital trends and their impact on operating cash flow.
Intercompany Collaboration
•    Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure intercompany receivables and payables are accurately tracked, reconciled, and reported.
•    Support monthly and quarterly close processes by providing timely and accurate intercompany cash flow information.
•    Assist in resolving intercompany discrepancies and improving visibility into intercompany balances and settlement processes.
•    Support initiatives to improve intercompany reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Cash Disbursements & Receipts Management
•    Manage banking relationships supporting Corporate Credit Card programs, including Travel Cards, Purchasing Cards, and Virtual AP Cards.
•    Oversee credit card rebate and receipt programs and related provider agreements.
•    Manage all disbursements and receipt processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and security.
•    Assist in evaluating and implementing payment technologies and treasury solutions that improve cash management effectiveness.
Transactional Treasury Activities
•    Understand and maintain appropriate treasury and accounting processes and controls.
•    Monitor, reconcile, and report banking fees, merchant fees, and other financial service costs.
•    Manage treasury-related ERP master data and reporting requirements.
•    Coordinate transfers between accounts to optimize liquidity and short-term investment opportunities.
•    Support the management of unclaimed property processes related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
•    Assist with audits and treasury-related compliance requests.
Finance & Accounting Support
•    Provide ongoing support to Finance and Accounting teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
•    Assist with ad hoc analyses, reporting, reconciliations, and special projects.
•    Participate in cross-functional initiatives impacting cash flow, financial reporting, working capital, and operational efficiency.
•    Identify opportunities for process automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement.
•    Support implementation and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, financial analysis, cash management, or related disciplines.
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, Power Query, complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
•    Demonstrated understanding of financial statement relationships, including the interaction between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
•    Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and desire to understand business operations and financial drivers.
