Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nightly audits and prepare accurate financial reports for the hotel.
  • Balance hotel cash drawers, credit card transactions, and other payments.
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently, providing a welcoming experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during the night shift.
  • Monitor hotel security and ensure safety procedures are followed.
  • Maintain detailed hotel logs and shift reports, communicating important information to morning staff.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality or hotel management/accounting preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills for hotel operations.
