Our expert-level solutions include software development, information technology, program management, financial management and business intelligence services. 

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80k-120k annually (depending upon experience)

Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see onsite requirements below).

**Onsite Requirements: Position will require on-site work at Saint Inigoes, MD 3 days per week once training is completed. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

Provides support to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR) in the execution, management, and operation of support contracts. Support efforts include but are not limited to:

  • Compile, track, and report contact data (modifications, invoices, and expenditures) to Government Division Acquisition Lead and COR.
  • Draft Technical Direction Letters (TDL) / Task Action (TA) for COR review and approval.
  • Analyze Prime contractor burn rates to determine estimated fund depletion dates, ceiling requirements, and identify/report any risk factors.
  • Analyze Contract Level of Effort.
  • Review contractor invoices and reconcile to Share Data Warehouse reporting.
  • Prepare and process Contract modifications packages.
  • Maintain Documentation in SharePoint.
  • Track and record Contract Management Fees and reports findings to the COR/ACOR.
  • Prepare COR Monthly report for COR Review and submittal.
  • Advise COR/ACOR of any associated anomalies or risks associated to contract execution.
  • Develop projection tools to enable the ability to monitor contractor expenditures against CLIN/SLIN/ACRN ceiling and funded values.
  • Verify funding documentation provided for contract funding in N-ERP.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Required:

  • Advanced Excel experience required.
  • Understanding of Prime contract execution, government fund appropriations, fund projections, Level of Effort.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business discipline or High School Diploma, with a minimum of 5 years DoD experience.

Desired:

  • Experience working in the DoD environment.
  • N-ERP experience.

Security Clearance:

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business discipline or High School Diploma, with a minimum of 5 years DoD experience.
