Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate audio board to record primary audio for studio productions.
  • Ensure audio is up to broadcast quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Oversee studio audio set-ups including microphones on guests.
  • Assist video editors with audio levels, best practices and creative uses of audio to enhance video productions.
  • Serve as essential personnel to assist with broadcasts in emergency situations.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years of professional related experience or an associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with audio editing and mastering.
  • Broadcast audio and video experience.
