What You'll Do
As the QA/QC Project Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Review construction documents including permits, contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness
- Support QA/QC inspectors by verifying required documentation is attached to project equipment records
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and project documentation databases
- Track, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents
- Manage document revisions and version control processes
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing or updated documentation
- Generate reports, summaries, and documentation logs
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist with audits by locating and compiling requested records
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, scanning, correspondence, and record maintenance
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of administrative, document control, or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Construction, engineering, electrical, or industrial project experience
- Experience with document management platforms such as CxAlloy
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, RFIs, specifications, and construction documents
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, QA/QC processes, or quality documentation standards
