Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical care, programs, and activities in compliance with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, state licensing, and federal certification guidelines.
  • Educate staff on survey processes and ensure compliance through daily rounds.
  • Train staff on policies, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
  • Develop staffing plans and care strategies to meet resident needs and preferences.
  • Monitor clinical areas for safety, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure proper resident needs are met during the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director on quality assurance and staff education.
  • Perform on call duties.


Requirements

Β Position Requirements:

  • Associate degree in nursing
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina
  • CPR Certification
  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory nursing role.
  • Advanced computer skills
