About Bella Cafe and Grille
This is our third location for this concept under the Bella Notte Restaurant Group umbrella. We pride ourselves on serving the best upscale Americana dishes Lexington has to offer!
Line Cook / Prep Cook Requirements
- Food preparation
- High school diploma/GED required
- Experience with Prep, Sauté, Grill, and Garde Manger preferred
- Above average knife skills required
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
- ServeSafe Certification preferred
Line Cook / Prep Cook Responsibilities & Duties:
- Proven working experience in a full-service kitchen
- Collaborate with Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow recipes
