We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and experienced HR professional who can bring a touch of fun and creativity to our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement innovative HR strategies that align with our community's values and goals
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and teamwork
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
  • Plan and coordinate fun team-building events and activities to boost morale and camaraderie

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare or retirement community setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
