District Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Located in the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana Area

Position Overview:
This position contributes to Banter by Piercing Pagoda's success by leading a district store operations team to create and maintain the company's high standards.
Additionally, the District Manager will focus on merchandising, sales, and leading activities required to achieve the Region's goals including:
- Unit sales performanceÂ
- Personnel managementÂ
- Customer serviceÂ
- Merchandise presentationÂ
- Loss preventionÂ
- Expense controlÂ
- Overall district administration Â
- P & LÂ
- Acting as a role model and holding employees accountable for meeting company customer service standardsÂ
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and training employees based on manpower planning is essential
Job Requirements:
- Three to five years multi-unit management experienceÂ
- Proven success and expertise in sales, P&L analysis, and merchandising
- Accomplishments with staff development, recruitment, and proven communication skills are essential for this position
- Travel required (majority of travel will be store visits in local / district area)Â
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 - Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
