At Amteck, we're creating a new role designed to strengthen support for our field employees and supervisors. As an Employee Support Partner, you'll serve as a trusted resource in the field—building relationships, gathering feedback, supporting supervisors, and helping employees connect with the resources they need.

This is an opportunity to help shape a new function within Amteck and make a direct impact on the employee experience.

What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with field employees and supervisors
Travel to job sites and serve as a visible, approachable resource
Support supervisors with reviews, feedback conversations, and employee development processes
Facilitate new hire orientation and connect employees to available resources
Gather employee feedback and share insights that help improve the employee experience
Help ensure our people processes are executed consistently across job sites

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
Desire to help employees and supervisors succeed
Ability and willingness to travel extensively
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
