Skill set should include general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Maintaining the curb appeal of the properties
Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
Apartment trash outs
Assist with completion of work orders
Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
