Executive Assistant Opportunity: 

Full-Time, Dayshift 

If you are passionate about behavioral health and come with a strong background of supporting C-Suite and Sr Leaders, we would like to meet you.  Reporting directly to the CEO and providing assistance to Chief Nursing Officer to ensure our hospital is providing superior quality healthcare, every patient, every interaction, every time.   

Located in Lexington, Kentucky, The Ridge offers a healing environment to reassure patients’ sense of security and confidentiality. Dedicated to excellence, The Ridge is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, as a licensed, 110-bed hospital, providing psychiatric (mental health) and substance use disorder (drug and alcohol rehabilitation) services to children, adolescents and adults. Inpatient care is provided on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week. Outpatient and partial hospitalization services are provided on a five-day per week basis, days and evenings. Care is provided according to an established code of ethical conduct and strict adherence to patient rights. 

 
Job Duties include:

• Assists the C-Suite and Senior Leaders to enusure we are providing supeior quality healthcare

• Ensures seamless onboaridng of our physician staff
• Facilitates facility special projects and events

• Ensure compliance for example physican files, on call schedules,  staffing reports, reporting needs
• Desires a culture of teamwork, professionalism and treating everyone as a guest

Job Qualifications: 

Education:

• Associate’s degree is required. 

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 

Certifications/Licensure: 

• None 

Experience: 

• 1 year of office or administrative experience required.
