The Role
- Job posting creation, candidate screening, and interview scheduling supportÂ
- Candidate sourcing through a variety of job boards and platforms including LinkedInÂ
- Career fair preparation and campus recruiting coordinationÂ
- New hire paperwork and pre-employment screeningÂ
- New hire onboarding and orientation support
- Recruiting metrics tracking and TA dashboard maintenanceÂ
- Interview and meeting coordination and calendar management
- General office administrative duties in support of the HR and TA team
Schedule:Â
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
- Summer Internship

What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or similar.Â
- Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment in problem-solving situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office®, particularly Excel
