Laborer, Turn Crew

We’re Growing Again!
Anderson Communities is excited to expand our Turn Crew with the addition of a skilled Handyman. In this role, you'll play a vital part in preparing apartments, townhomes, and homes for new residents — ensuring every unit is clean, functional, and welcoming from day one. You’ll be key in creating a great first impression and helping us Build Better Communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow a standardized checklist to evaluate and prepare homes
• Repair or replace items such as ceiling fans, blinds, faucets, and more
• Assist with minor plumbing, appliance repairs, and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure timely completion of turnovers to meet move-in deadlines

Pay: Starting at $16.50–$17.75 per hour, based on experience.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on team player who takes pride in their work and understands the value of delivering a high-quality living space for our residents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in carpentry, minor electrical, or plumbing is preferred
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and residential maintenance procedures

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (job sites may vary across Lexington)
