We are looking for a skilled, bilingual (English/Spanish) Wrapper Operator to join our production team. This isn't just an operator role — we're seeking someone who can grow into a trainer and wrapper floater, supporting multiple lines and helping onboard new team members. What You'll Do Operate wrapper machines to wrap individual candy pieces per production specifications Change out wrapper film for job changes or replenishment, minimizing machine downtime Monitor product flow and report any quality issues or inconsistencies to the supervisor Ensure materials are delivered to the correct line in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area throughout every shift Follow all PPE and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements Provide training and guidance to new wrapper operators (bilingual candidates preferred) Float across wrapper lines as needed to support production continuity Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager What We're Looking For Bilingual — English and Spanish required (must be able to communicate effectively in both) Experience operating production or packaging machinery preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to learn job-specific candy specifications Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment Ability to stand and walk for the full duration of a shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and a positive, cooperative attitude Willingness to train others and take on a float/lead support role over time Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking constantly throughout the shift, frequent climbing of stairs/ladders, and occasional bending, squatting, and kneeling. Pushing, pulling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs is required occasionally. Repetitive use of both hands and arms, including reaching above shoulder height, is a regular part of the role.Qualifications
