Job Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and non-Ford vehicles remotely
Travel to customer homes, workplaces, and other locations to complete service appointments
Handle many of the same repair and maintenance tasks performed in a traditional shop environment
Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle systems independently
Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers
Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mobile work environment

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Previous automotive technician experience required
Strong diagnostic and repair skills on Ford vehicles and other makes/models
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working outdoors in South Carolina weather
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable, motivated, and organized
Comfortable with frequent local travel and commuting throughout the workday
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass background check and drug screening prior to employment.
