Preventative Maintenance Technician

Preventative Maintenance Technician, Full-time

Duties include:

• Responsible for completing a preventative maintenance routine, covering all homes in a defined region on a quarterly basis.
• Preventative maintenance checklists include:
  • HVAC filter changes
  • Smart Lock battery changes
  • Smoke Detector Checks and Battery Changes
  • Exterior Common Area Light Checks and Repairs
• This position will be responsible for scheduling, structuring supply orders, and maintaining completion records for quarterly maintenance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• An eye for detail to spot additional items of concern while conducting routine maintenance checklists.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid Drivers License with active auto insurance, required
• Reliable transportation throughout the work day is required 
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, occasionally 
• Must be drug free and maintain a clear appearance
• Must be felony free and have valid driver’s license

• Competitive pay, based on experience ($18-$20/hr)
