The Role

From supporting internal teams to developing next-gen materials, our professional roles span strategy, innovation, and purpose. At CNG, you’ll do work that matters—and own it all.


What You'll Do 

  • Document Control – Shares responsibilities for all aspects of Document Control
  • Certificate of Analysis – Review and approve COA’s
  • GMP Training – Train new hires on GMP requirements per CNG’s program
  • Internal Auditing – Monitor audit results through real-time dashboards for review by CNG management. This includes GMP, ISO, BRCGS, FSSC, IMS, Kosher, and any other CNG audit programs. Communicate trends and any issues that could impact product safety or compliance to any of the CNG Standards.
  • Data management – Responsible for evaluating QMS effectiveness and designing real-time dashboards that transforms quality data into actionable insights for leadership and operations teams through SharePoint or other ERP ecosystems. Collaborate and present proposals to leadership teams.
  • Projects – Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Product Safety Manager (i.e., time studies, new opportunities, improve efficiencies, updating processes, etc.).

What You’ll Bring 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher preferably in analytics or equivalent.
  • Experience in a quality, food safety, or product safety role supporting a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems, including SharePoint and ability to create workflows in that system, Excel and power BI
  • Working knowledge of document control practices and controlled document lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and raw material/ingredient conformance review.
  • Understanding GMP requirements and ability to deliver clear onboarding and refresher training effectively.
  • Experience compiling data from multiple systems and making recommendations on what information to track and monitor real-time.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar tools to build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate status and performance to leadership and operations.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities across sites.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams with minimal support.
  • Driven to continuously improve processes and date information.
  • Possess logic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Deals effectively with company personnel from production workers to top management on all levels.
