As an Arrow Electric Project Manager for our Highway Group, you will be responsible for managing assigned electrical projects to ensure they are meeting Uncompromised Safety standards, schedule requirements, and labor and material budgets. You will collaborate with various teams, including engineers, vendors, and customers to deliver the highest-quality, profitable installations.
Your leadership and technical expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coupled with your technical proficiency, will be critical in achieving our organizational objectives and ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Â

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Uncompromised Safety - Communicate and advocate 100% Uncompromised Safety expectations and requirements to the Project Team.
- Schedule, Scope and Budget - Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of specific projects to ensure customer's on-time completion schedule, budget requirements and scope of work. Responsible for reviewing the estimate, plans, specifications and schedule as needed with Project Team.
- Scheduling – Work with Field Leadership to monitor and coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, tools/equipment, and required information to meet project scope and schedules.
- Problem Solving and Relationship Management - Swiftly resolve all construction difficulties; develop and maintain client relationships and client confidence.
- Change Management - Pricing of any scope changes and change orders with Estimating Team.
- Quality Control - Monitor project installations to ensure quality control throughout project.
- Reporting - Coordinate with Field Leadership to manage daily progress reports and weekly labor reporting. Meet regularly with company and customer to provide project updates.
- Leadership and Management – Lead, mentor, and motivate Field Leadership and project workforce to achieve project success.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 10 years of electrical field experience (3 years of roadway field experience) with 5 years of electrical crew supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, schematics, and specs to fully understand electrical scope of work, scheduling, safety, and quality requirements.
- IMSA Roadway Lighting and Traffic Signal Certifications (preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of NEC and electrical construction processes.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- High standard of integrity and professionalism.
- Must be self-directed and capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments.
- Positive customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers, company team members, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
