S&S Tire of Lexington, KY, a leading multi-location regional wholesale tire dealer, is seeking to add an experienced Route Driver to the team. This position requires recent DOT driving experience. If you are a true professional, with superior skills, you need to apply today!
Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering tires to customers - safely operating 16' to 28' box trucks
- Pulling and loading tires
- Use of a handheld device to write up inventory
- Assisting in the warehouse after daily deliveries are completed when necessary
We Offer:
- Compensation starting at $17.50+ per hour, based on experience
- Full-time position with weekly pay, offering frequent overtime
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

Requirements
- Must be able to lift and/or move tires with or without mechanical assistance
- Frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Must be willing, and have the ability to, to operate all warehouse related equipment
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience and 23 years of age
- Good vehicle safety record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
- Valid driver's license - in good standing
- Forklift license is a plus
