What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of recreational vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Performs minor repairs and services in all maintenance-related disciplines, including, mechanics, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, HVAC, etc.
  • Prioritizes work orders, handles urgent requests, and completes any assigned preventive maintenance work and procedures.
  • Ensures all shop repair and maintenance policies, codes, regulations, etc. are followed and enforced, including safety systems and standards.

 

Requirements

  • Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including bending, squatting, stretching, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly. On occasion, may be required to lift items weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational skills: must maintain accurate, complete records of work done, work requested, and work in progress.
  • A desire to work in a performance-based environment.
  • Strong work ethic with positive attitude.

 

Education And Experience

  • Must have at least 1-year experience with recreational vehicles or recreational industry with manufacturer’s certifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
