We take pride in solving HVAC challenges while fostering trusted, long-term relationships.   Position Summary The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a defined sales territory with a strong commitment to a results-driven mindset. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic who deliveries excellent customer service in a variety of activities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate MUST reside within the assigned territory. This role will assist in efforts in the Central Kentucky market.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors Provide product presentations, technical training, and support to customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory Monitor competitor activity and market trends; adjust sales strategy accordingly Execute marketing programs with customers Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and operations to support territory needs Be accountable for results Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues promptly QualificationsPreferred Skills 3+ years of experience in HVAC Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication Ability to be a self-starter capable of working independently or with a team Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity Able to pass a drug test and background screening   Education College degree preferred, but not required HVAC Certifications preferred, but not required   Working Conditions   Primarily field-based with frequent customer visits. A branch location allocates a working space which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel required (up to 80%) within the assigned region.
