Provides professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests Â
while meeting the standards outlined by Baptist Health Lexington. Proactively approach, greet, and Â
acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer Â
service while returning or parking their carsÂ

Job Description:Â
Greets customers with a cheerful, positive, and helpful can-do attitude.Â
Aids customer’s arriving or departing with directions to all locations of the facility, provide wheelchair assistance, and make the experience one of comfort.Â
Parks and retrieves vehicles in a safe manner.Â
Drives vehicle safely and locks unattended vehicle after parked.Â
Obeys all posted speed limit signs, observes pedestrian right-of-way when crossing roadway or crosswalks and does not squeal tires of customer’s vehicles.Â
Adhere to Safety Standards: Strictly no cell phone use or reckless driving while performing job duties.Â
Requirements:Â
High School diploma or any equivalentÂ
Good communication and customer services skillsÂ
Valid driver’s licenseÂ
Clean driving recorded (No serious violations such as excessive speeding, DUI)Â
Ability to run, be on feet for long periods of time, and being outdoors in all types of weather.Â
