Job Summary:

The Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University seeks a full-time visiting assistant professor (non-tenure track) in organizational behavior and responsible management. The successful candidate must be qualified to teach introductory and advanced courses in organizational behavior and responsible management. The appointment will start in August 2026 and last for one academic year (August 2026 - June 1, 2027).

The individual in this position will effectively teach six courses per year.

Qualifications:

A record of excellence in undergraduate teaching is required. Qualified candidates will have completed or be near completion of a Ph.D. degree or equivalent.

Compensation:

Salary is based on a review of the candidate's credentials compared to the position's qualifications, internal equity, and our overall compensation philosophy.
