What You’ll Be Doing
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities to help identify and select qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and scheduling requirements.
- Source and screen applicants using digital platforms and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a positive experience.
- Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate data within applicant systems.
