Enterprise BDR Manager - hybrid based in Lexington, MA

Mimecast is seeking a dynamic, people‑first Enterprise BDR Manager to lead, develop, and elevate our North America Enterprise Business Development team. In this high‑impact role, you’ll partner closely with enterprise sales leadership to drive new business pipeline growth, strengthen lead qualification, and accelerate sales performance. What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Enterprise BDR team to consistently achieve pipeline and performance goals 
  • Ensure targets for booked meetings, Sales Accepted Leads, and revenue‑related contribution are met or exceeded 
  • Align team activities with enterprise sales objectives through strategic and tactical planning 
  • Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and provide structured coaching and career development 
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top BDR talent in partnership with BDR Enablement 
  • Optimize processes, policies, and rules of engagement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Maintain and report monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyzing pipeline metrics and implementing action plans as needed 

What You'll Bring:

  • Relevant management experience supporting or working within sales‑adjacent teams 
  • Proven success hiring, developing, and coaching BDRs to achieve measurable targets 
  • Strong business judgment, prioritization skills, and ability to build data‑backed action plans 
  • Experience managing performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting processes 
  • High‑energy, results‑driven leader with a passion for developing talent and building winning teams 
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting, CRM systems, and modern sales tools—including AI‑based tools and team adoption support

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $104,000−$156,000 (OTE) plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
