What You’ll Actually Do

  • Answer inbound calls from new or existing customers
  • Provide quotes and close the sale
  • Schedule services for window cleaning, pressure washing, gutters, and holiday lights
  • Manage callbacks, delays, and technician communication
  • Enter and maintain data in our point-of-sale system
  • Educate customers on additional services and upsell when appropriate
  • Make outbound reminder calls
  • Manage email, text campaigns, and light marketing tasks
  • Support the owner with seasonal needs and daily operations

You are the communication hub. If it involves customers, it likely runs through you.
