Position Overview:

We are hiring an entry-level Warehouse Employee / Powder Coating Prep Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves preparing metal parts, assisting with powder coating, and performing general warehouse and production tasks.

No experience is required – paid training will be provided.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean metal parts for production
• Hang parts on racks for the powder coating line
• Inspect parts for defects and surface quality
• Assist with the powder coating process to ensure consistent finish
• Perform quality control checks before and after coating
• Support material handling and production flow
• Help with color changes and powder loading
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/production area
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Requirements & Skills:

• No experience required (training provided)
• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work on a team and follow instructions
• Comfortable with hands-on work

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
