Job Summary:
This work involves providing academic guidance, retention strategies, and individualized success interventions to help college athletes navigate educational requirements and overall college life. It includes supporting at-risk populations, coordinating targeted programs, and ensuring progress toward academic goals.Job Description:
- Provides individual or small group academic instruction and study skills.
- Monitors the progress of the students.
- Maintains confidential records and other documentation.
- Stays abreast of and assures adherence to NCAA, SEC, and University rules and regulations as it relates to position.
- Ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with University, SEC Conference, and NCAA rules.
- Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.
