Job Summary

Assignments will include teaching, at both undergraduate and/or graduate levels, as applicable. Teaching assignments may be on the main campus or at off-campus sites within our region. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Typical duties include but not limited to:

  • Teaches courses within Ecology & Environmental Studies, which may include Plants and Society BOT2800.
  • Engages in teaching activities commensurate with expectations for adjunct faculty in The Water School.

Other Duties:

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or related field from a regionally accredited institution by the time of application.
  • Demonstrated evidence of or potential for effective teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching related General Education courses at the college level.
