- Daily Care & Medication Support: Provide respectful, dignified assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including feeding, toileting, dressing, and continence care. You will also manage safe medication administration during day training hours.
- Advocacy & Documentation: Act as a champion for our participants' general welfare. Attend team meetings, address family concerns, and complete required regulatory paperwork, including monthly service summaries.
