Meet or exceed the customer expectation of repair at all times. Review daily operating control report. Maintain a daily control sheet of repair orders for reference. Review open repair order report weekly. Supervise daily general clean-up of service department. Comply with all safety requirements set forth. Hire and dismiss service department personnel as required. Maintain the proper level of personnel to achieve customer satisfaction and company labor sales objectives. Define training needs for each individual and maintain training files of each individual. Hold bi-weekly service meetings with all service personnel, review all bulletins and updates from OEM's, solicit any service problems from employees' which are company related. Perform yearly evaluations one on one with each service employee. Produce a profitable department and control expenses. Review monthly financial statements to measure the results and control of your department. QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB:   A. Must have the ability to obtani a Class “B” Commercial Drivers License and the to test ability drive class 8 trucks. B. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds. C. Have knowledge and expertise in using and service tools. D. Must have excellent reading skills.
