Â
- Maintaining good relationships through collaboration and advocacy on client's behalf with DSS, community agencies, schools, and other service providers.
- Provide parenting skills groups, advocacy, and counseling for families, addressing needs
- Completing assessments -including but not limited the FASP, inputting progress notes
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, including assessments (e.g., FASP), progress notes, and case-specific materials, ensuring accuracy in client records.
- Facilitate and participate in regular planning conferences, case planning, and service implementation, ensuring the involvement of all relevant service providers.
- Manage a caseload of 1:16
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in human services or related field required
- Some experience working with children or families in human services or related field preferred.
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.
