We are seeking dedicated and reliable Construction Workers to support a large-scale industrial development project located at Liberty American Manufacturing Park (LAMP) in Liberty, Texas.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure and manufacturing project while working in a professional, safety-focused construction environment. Candidates with experience in construction or industrial job sites who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor and support activities on an active industrial project site
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation as required
- Work alongside skilled trades such as electricians, welders, plumbers, and carpenters
- Follow all established safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and fellow crew members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or similar field environments required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment
- Strong reliability, professionalism, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply)
