Assured Healthcare, in Liberty, Missouri is hiring PCAs and CNAs to assist our elderly and disabled community in their homes. We serve 20 counties in Missouri and will provide you with a schedule that fits into your unique needs, in the locations you're able to go to. **We're offering a $500 sign-on bonus for qualified individuals!! Our team is seeking a caregiver who has experience working with senior or disabled persons in their home environments. The caregiver will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities and monitoring personal health and safety for our elderly or disabled clients. Our clients live independently but need assistance with daily tasks, and the individual hired for this position will be instrumental in helping our clients to remain independent and safe.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care for elderly or disabled people.
- Notify office of any changes in client's condition, behavior patterns, and physical characteristics.
- Be familiar with basic first aid procedures.
- Assist with personal care needs or advanced personal care needs.
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Shopping/ errand tasks such as going to the grocery store or pharmacy.
- Be on time to work; follow all rules of the agency; maintain a neat appearance; be courteous to your clients, co-workers and supervisors.
Requirements:
- 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of personal or professional experience, OR CNA certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle w/ car insurance which allows YOU to drive to client homes and/or run errands for them
- Must pass background checks
- Up to date CPR/TB (company can assist)

- 6+ months of personal or professional experience caring for elderly or disabled persons

- Compassion Its hard to need help, and even harder to ask for it.
- Someone who is motivated to provide quality care and do their best with the understanding that the service provided has real purpose and meaning.
