Parts Puller - 2nd Shift

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Pull the necessary parts for the welding and assembly operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Includes the following (other duties may be documented and assigned by management, and some duties may not apply dependent upon the requirements of the position at each specific Tarter site and/or the strengths of the employee and the needs of the company):

• Pull fabricated parts for production line.
• Consolidate material Into bin/locations.
• Perform equipment Check/Audit Sheet at the beginning of shift.
• Operate forklift/tugger to maintain raw material supply for the production floor/warehouse.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Load material from warehouse location onto cart for production.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Support production as necessary.
• Cycle count of materials as directed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work Involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to Include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots and hardhats.
