With clinics in Des Plaines and Wheeling, IL, and Kenosha – our mission is to empower children and families to reach their highest potential through individualized, evidence-based care.Â
We value connection, creativity, and continuous learning for our clients and our team alike.Â
Position OverviewÂ
We’re seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Lake County team. This role offers partially remote flexibility—balancing remote clinical responsibilities with in-person sessions, team collaboration, and client observations.Â
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values autonomy, collaboration, and a supportive culture grounded in professional growth and high-quality care.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional assessments, and ongoing progress evaluations.Â
- Develop and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans informed by assessment of findings, client needs, and family goals.Â
- Provide direct clinical oversight, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians to ensure effective and ethical service delivery.Â
- Model and train best-practice ABA procedures, including prompting, reinforcement, data collection, and behavior-reduction strategies.Â
- Analyze client data regularly, identify trends, create data-driven updates, and ensure meaningful progress toward goals.Â
- Deliver structured parent/caregiver training to promote generalization, support family confidence, and improve outcomes across environments.Â
- Collaborate with families, school teams, and multidisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care and reinforcement of therapeutic objectives.Â
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with BACB standards, Medicaid/insurance requirements, and internal policies.Â
- Participate actively in team meetings, clinical case reviews, and professional development, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.Â
- Support a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team environment, modeling professionalism, empathy, and mission-driven work.Â
QualificationsÂ
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB).Â
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.Â
- Experience conducting assessments and supervising RBTs preferred.Â
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.Â
- Comfort working in a hybrid model (remote + in-person visits in Kenosha).Â
- Reliable transportation for local client sessions and team meetings.Â
Compensation & BenefitsÂ
- Competitive salary: $75,000–$100,000 based on experience.Â
- 401(k) with 4% employer contribution.Â
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Â
- Flexible, partially remote schedule promoting work-life balance.Â
- Supportive clinical leadership and mentorship.Â
- Ongoing professional development and CEU support up to $500.Â
- Paid time off and opportunities for advancement
Flexible work from home options available.
