Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Weekend Program

Location: Advocate Condell Medical Center – Libertyville, IL 
Schedule: Full-time | 36 hrs/week | 3rd Shift | Adult Care and NICU | Weekend Program  
Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 and $11/hour Weekend differential 
$20K Sign-On Bonus (paid out through first year) + Loan Forgiveness up to $21K!

What You’ll Do 

• Provide exceptional respiratory care for adult and NICU patients 

• Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures 

• Administer medications and educate patients and families 

• Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes 

• Mentor new teammates and students 

What You’ll Bring 

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum) 

• IL Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license 

• RRT within 12 months or CRT if credentialed prior to Jan 1, 2023 

• BLS certification (AHA)
