The Opportunity

We are looking for a Commercial Superintendent to lead all field operations on commercial projects. You'll have direct authority over foremen, field labor, and subcontractors, and you'll be accountable for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a high-visibility role. You'll be the face of DNB on the jobsite and a key liaison with clients, architects, and engineers. We're looking for someone who leads from the front, solves problems before they escalate, and holds the line on safety and quality without exception.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise foremen, field labor, and subcontractors across commercial and civil projects
  • Partner with Project Managers to execute on design, budget, quality, and schedule
  • Manage look-ahead scheduling and ensure milestones are met
  • Conduct site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and OSHA standards
  • Serve as the primary client-facing field representative, maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Monitor job profitability and flag budget or schedule risks early
  • Document daily activities, issues, and quality findings in Procore
  • Enforce company culture standards, professionalism, cleanliness, and accountability
  • Coordinate manpower across multiple crews and disciplines
  • Provide technical guidance on MEP, structural, and civil systems

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record running commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to punch list
  • Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and materials, MEP and civil included
  • Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills
  • OSHA 10 certification minimum; OSHA 30 preferred
  • Experience with Procore, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A communicator who earns trust with owners, architects, subs, and crew alike
  • Sharp eye for detail and the judgment to know when to escalate, and when to handle it
  • Self-starter who thrives under pressure and in fast-moving field environments
  • Project experience portfolio required — bring your work to the table
