Inline Operator-3

1.Read, write, and use arithmetic in recording production orders.

2.Use scales, micrometers, and gauges.

3.Knowledge of operation of equipment on variety of products.

4.Start up and operate blowing machines, trimming equipment and auxiliary equipment.

5.Inspect process and product and make adjustments according to quality and production standards in coordination with inspection personnel.

6.May make minor repairs. 

7.Arrange conveyors, order materials, fill bins and record necessary production data.

8.Work within the framework of standard operation procedures.

9.Work under minimum supervision.

10.Responsible for assigned tools and equipment.

11.Will perform such other work as may be assigned within the context of the job.

12.Routinely lift molds and material containers that may weigh up to 50lbs.

13. Responsible for keeping his work area clean, sweeping, picking up plastic bottles.

14. Routinely working with hands at or above shoulder level.

15. Occasionally climbing to heights up to 15ft.
