CDL B Yard Driver - Kauai

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our wash crew team as CDL B Yard Drivers. This role involves moving our buses for the wash crew team during the evenings. 

Essential Duties: 

• Move buses part-time for the wash crew team during evening shifts.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the wash area.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with the wash crew team to ensure efficient operations.
• Reports any mechanical defect, safety concerns, or vehicle damage to Maintenance and/or Dispatch. 
• Must always have all credentials, driver’s license, medical certificate, and any other that may be required.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience, knowledge, and skills required: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age and provide a current driver history record.
• Possession of a valid CDL B license with passenger and air brake endorsements required.
• One year of commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evening shifts on a part-time basis.
• Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Possesses good customer service skills. 
• Ability to use good judgment and decision-making while handling multiple situations.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Physical, Mental and Communication Demands: 

• Working conditions require sitting, standing, walking long distances, bending, squatting, push/pulling as needed throughout shifts for extended periods of time. 
• Physical demands may require lifting supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and the general public. 
• Duties require a flexible work schedule to include working on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
